SUBJECT: “Personal Data Protection Code”, notice pursuant to Art. 13 Legislative Decree 196/03
Premise
Pedalando Vai di Foroni Adele intends to inform you about the use of personal data acquired by us through current and future relationships with you, in accordance with the regulations described above.
Source of personal data
The processing of data that we have received through the company website or in relation to contracts will be carried out in compliance with current laws and with the utmost confidentiality.
Purpose of data processing
The purpose of collecting and processing personal data is to adequately meet the requirements related to the economic activity of our company. In particular, this includes:
- Preliminary preparation for the conclusion of a contract;
- Fulfillment of contractual obligations towards the data subject through the execution of one or more acts or operations necessary to satisfy such obligations;
- Carrying out obligations connected or instrumental to the contract with any entity, public or private;
- Fulfillment of legal obligations.
Furthermore, data may be processed for marketing, advertising or contact purposes through our dealers or telephone operators. For this purpose, we request explicit consent to the processing of the data.
Methods of data processing
The processing of personal data takes place using manual, computerized and telematic tools that are directly related to the purposes indicated. The objective is to protect the security and confidentiality of the data in accordance with the laws in force.
Nature of data collection
The collection of personal data to comply with legal and tax regulations is mandatory for the conclusion and execution of the contract. Failure to provide such data will make it impossible to establish relations with the company and their processing does not require the consent of the data subject.
Communication and dissemination of data
Personal information and its use will be communicated to companies involved in economic activities (for example commercial activities, management of IT systems, insurance management, banking and non-banking services, factoring, shipping management, envelope preparation and dispatch of correspondence and credit protection) or for compliance with the law (accounting firms or lawyers). The data will not be disclosed. The data controller and internal parties appointed for processing may become aware of the personal data.
Rights of the data subject regarding the data
At the data controller it is possible to contact the Privacy Service to verify your data, request its integration, updating or correction. Furthermore, it is possible to exercise all the rights provided for by Art. 7 of the Code (reported in the attachment). In particular, it is possible to object, at any time and always through the Privacy Service, to the processing of your contact data (email or telephone) for purposes of direct sales or marketing.

Art. 7 Legislative Decree 196/03 - Right of access to personal data - other rights
1. The data subject is guaranteed the right to request verification, if they are not yet in the process of being recorded, of the existence of personal data concerning him or her and, in case of a positive result, to obtain their communication in an understandable form.
2. The data subject has the right to receive information regarding:
a) the origin of the personal data;
b) the purposes and methods of processing adopted;
c) the logic applied in case of processing carried out with electronic tools;
d) the identification details of the data controller, the data processors and the representative designated pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2;
e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of it as designated representatives in the territory of the State, data processors or persons in charge.
3. The data subject has the right to request:
a) the updating, correction or, where necessary, integration of the data;
b) the deletion, anonymization or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data that are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed;
c) confirmation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been communicated, also regarding their content, to those to whom the personal data have been disclosed or will be disclosed in the future, except where such compliance proves impossible or involves a disproportionate cost in relation to the protected right.
4. The data subject is guaranteed the right to object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him or her, even if relevant to the purposes for which they were collected, as well as to the processing of personal data for the purpose of sending advertising material, direct sales, market research or commercial communications.
